I had an opener installed and other maintenance done to my overhead door yesterday, and I wanted to give kudos to your man, Kenny. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was done right, and that we understood all the operational and safety issues. You need to keep that young man happy and keep him around...he's doing your company a lot of good out in the trenches!

P.S. I also like the pleasant voice of the lady that answers the phone at your place...It's really nice not to get a voice mail for a change.

Highly recommended. I called for conversion from springs to a "torsion" spring 'cause my door was very noisy (the springs scraped the door rails). Because of the configuration of the door and the garage ceiling they would have had to do a more expensive replacement of the track. Lots of work and money.

The tech offered a good solution that eliminated the noise. He replaced the springs, tightened all the bolts and stuff and presented a very fair price. I got a quote to replace the door (it was less than I thought it would be) and I plan to hire them next year to do just that.

The tech was very friendly and easy to work with.
