Recognizing that garage doors are the largest and heaviest moving object in most homes, and that door systems must be properly adjusted and maintained in order to function safely, Overhead Door offers a residential garage door Preventive Maintenance Program to provide for the safe and proper operation of your home’s garage doors.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
	A fourteen (14) point maintenance and safety inspection is performed on each garage door.
	A twelve (12) point maintenance and safety inspection is performed on each garage door opener system.
	Servicing of doors includes the tightening or replacement of defective bolts and nuts, lubrication of rollers, pulleys and cables, adjustments of springs.
	Servicing of openers includes adjustment of electric door openers, tightening of chain, setting limit switches and lubrication of the entire drive mechanism.
	Keypad and transmitter batteries are checked and replaced FREE (up to 2 batteries) if needed.
	A detailed PM inspection checklist is completed, noting any safety issues or needed repairs.
	Checklist is reviewed with homeowner and a copy is supplied with service call receipt.
	Any necessary repair and/or replacement options are discussed with the homeowner prior to the service technician’s departure.
